We are pleased to announce that Melanie Orchard has joined the SUI family as our Client Manager.
In her new role, Melanie focuses on building existing client relationships and helping to foster new ones through exceptional communication and results delivery. We also look to her to provide detailed document management, stay on top of federal and state insurance regulations, and with that knowledge provide support to new clients and internal agents.
Melanie brings 15 years of experience in client relations, account management, and business development, as well as a drive to stay on top of industry knowledge with continued education. During her career, she has proven herself to be client-focused with a record of building strong partnerships and maintaining them through a client-centric approach.
