SUI is proud to announce several team members stepping into new roles across our Operations group.
Sharon Porter, Suzanne Pettigrew, Sarah Vakos, and Kayla Oleander each contribute to strengthening client support, improving processes, and maintaining the high level of service our partners rely on.
Sharon Porter
Sharon Porter has been promoted to Client Escalation Specialist. Since joining SUI in December 2017, Sharon has built strong relationships across teams and with lending partners. In her new role, she serves as a central point for complex client escalations, working across teams to resolve issues, support process improvements, and ensure consistent service delivery.
Suzanne Pettigrew
Suzanne Pettigrew steps into the role of Team Lead – Lender Solutions. Since joining SUI in December 2017, Suzanne has developed deep operational knowledge and a strong understanding of client needs. In her new role, she oversees team performance, supports development through training and guidance, coordinates workflows, and ensures service standards are consistently met.
Sarah Vakos
Sarah Vakos has been promoted to Lender Solutions Representative I. Since joining SUI in May 2025, Sarah has supported client operations by assisting with processing and responding to client inquiries. In her new role, she works closely with Team Leads and Sales to maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely and accurate support.
Kayla Oleander
Kayla Oleander has been promoted to Operations Training Specialist. Since joining SUI in March 2025, Kayla has supported team development and process improvement. In her new role, she designs and delivers training programs, supports onboarding, and helps strengthen performance across Operations through coaching and development.
These promotions reflect the strength of our Operations team and SUI’s commitment to developing talent from within.
