Keith’s more than 35 years in the insurance and financial services industry gives him a great foundation for the leadership of SUI and appreciation for the needs of its clients and his internal team. As President of SUI and OSC Insurance Services, Keith oversees all aspects of business and operations of the technology- and compliance-driven organization and is charged with bringing new products and services to the market. Most recently, Keith was the controller at one of the nation’s largest insurance wholesalers Swett & Crawford. Prior to Swett, he was CFO of Aon Specialty Re and held several senior leadership positions at CV Starr agency companies. Keith is a graduate of Pace University with a BBA in accounting and holds his CPA and Property & Casualty license in the state of Georgia. When not driving growth, Keith enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and children as well as the occasional round of golf.
Rick Case has more than 23 years of operations and client service experience and has a deep understanding and appreciation for dependable operational performance and customer service excellence. As Chief Operations Officer for SUI and OSC Insurance Services, Rick oversees the Call Center, escrow, training and development, Mail Services, Production Control, and data entry teams and works closely with client services to ensure overall service level agreements are met in a quality and timely manner. Rick previously served as the Director of Insurance Licensing for WMA and began his career with Wachovia Bank. Rick is a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.
Darrell Purcell serves as Senior Vice President of Administration, where he oversees the core administrative functions that drive SUI’s strategic goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. In this role, he partners closely with all levels of executive leadership to align administrative operations including HR, IT, facilities, procurement, and legal/compliance with overall business objectives. With over 30 years of experience, he leads initiatives to implement scalable, secure, and efficient service solutions, while focused on strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, process optimization, and business continuity. Darrell also plays a key role in cross-functional projects, internal communication, and client-facing insurance and support services ensuring administrative services effectively support areas such as claims, underwriting, and sales. In his free time, Darrell enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and serving his community.
Cathy oversees client relations and sales at SUI. Leveraging over 30 years of industry experience, she provides expert counsel to clients on the best possible coverage and service solutions to protect their business. Routinely, she demonstrates her customer service excellence and adaptability
Laura is responsible for selling new programs and cultivating existing relationships at SUI. With 30 years of experience in insurance, she is a proven expert in providing sound solutions for diverse clients
Robby has been with SUI since 2004 and manages claims
Lamar is an astute insurance professional with over 15 years of insurance experience and a five-year proven track record in leadership. He guides SUI initiatives in growing our capabilities and efficiency, maximizing what the company can offer clients. His areas of responsibility include enhancing existing processes, benchmarking and reporting practices, as well serving as an integral part of strategic systems development. Lamar has his P&C License and earned his MBA in Business Administration Management with Liberty University. He is an author of a motivational leadership book entitled “Faith Plus Resilience Equals Success.” Lamar is a devoted husband and a proud father of two children that he truly adores. His hobbies include hiking, running, cycling, and traveling with his family.
